I’ve spent most of my life around homes—watching them go from the ground up to something people call their own. That perspective still shapes how I approach real estate today.
I come from the builder side of the business, where I learned to pay attention to the details most people don’t see—structure, materials, and the decisions that determine how a home lives over time.
Based in Huntsville, I work with clients across buying, selling, leasing, and new construction throughout North Alabama and the surrounding areas. I also specialize in relocation, helping individuals and families transition into the area with a clear understanding of neighborhoods, the market, and what to expect.
I’ve guided buyers through the full building process, worked closely with builders and superintendents, and helped bring multiple communities to market and successfully sell through them. I’m also experienced in construction financing, including draws, appraisals, and lender coordination.
My approach is straightforward and relationship-driven. I value clear communication, strong attention to detail, and making sure clients feel informed—not rushed—through every step.
